Moses Lake, United States • 4 months agoGoing on the second day of no NWI email service from LocalTel. They blame it on a "Vendor Mistake" causing a power outage to servers and have no ETA on getting it restored. How about blame it on LocalTel for not having backup to avoid these issues. If you call in to tech support just get a recording that they are having technical issues.

Latest was they would have issues fixed by 2:00 am. Still not working. We will be switching to something else as our business cannot afford these costly down times.
