I have talked with two customer service reps to no avail I have sent an email I have gotten no response my Discovery plus is paid for and I've never had this type of travel but it is the only app giving me trouble I'm using my mobile phone like I always do I have an installed reinstalled....I've cleared the data , cache . I restarted phone back up. Idk what else to do I'm getting very aggravated I have forced it and started back I went to the discoveryplus.com website and and installed and reinstalled there I've granted all permissions I don't know what else to do customer service not any help thus far

Idk what else to do I'm getting very aggravated I have forced it and started back I went to the discoveryplus.com website and and installed and reinstalled there I've granted all permissions I don't know what else to do and I have a conversation save where One customer rep said so that's the only app you're having trouble with and I said yes so told me everything I did and their response was well try to turn off now it may work and I said okay so you done something on your end that might change you know that I was just kind of curious well never got a response turn the phone off now didn't do a thing so that was the first customer service rep so I'm very aggravated sorry for the lengthy message I have a Moto g play Android 13 it's not the most expensive phone but it has been a great phone I have no problems with it except for Discovery Plus I can hear it fine it's just black screen as soon as you mash watch or play it's black I mean you can see the pictures of the shows that you could mash to watch or whatever but after that I said and I'm not paying these sites not even a dollar to go in and try to tell me what to do when I'm already paying for Discovery place and I wrote an email and I asked that the person to give him all my information said please I'm not going to be on here to instantly respond to you please do what you can to fix my issue so okay I'm through. Sorry for the long rambling message and excuse my grammar and punctuation I'm really not paying it that much attention
