Outage map once again says the system doesn't recognize my address, even though we've been paying these **** for 28 years.

Y’all all need to get off your lazy assed and get y’all’s shit together work overtime for all I care but every time the internet is down it takes a week to fix. Paying hundreds of dollars for dogshit ass service if y’all don’t know how to do your job properly then find a new one.

, • 9 months agoI cannot get through to a family member in Santa Fe. I get a mechanical issue type of busy signal when I call. It's not a normal busy signal. No one at Century Link can or will help me determine if her phone is down so that I can request repair services for her. She doesn't have a cell phone or internet to report an outage herself. Century Link provides crap customer service.
