Goodhue, United States • 5 months agoInternet hasn’t been working all day according to my fiancé that’s been home all day. We unplug the box, wait a few minutes and then report it in. It reconnects for about 30 minutes and then stops working. Even though the light on the box stays green. Not sure why it doesn’t work. By the time I tried calling when I got home from work it was after hours. Just trying to watch some tv.
