Cleveland, United States • 7 months agoDown AGAIN!!! How dare they use the word “reliable” in their google profile! THEY ARE THE MOST UNRELIABLE I HAVE DEALT WITH!!!
I have services at other locations with Verizon in Lorain, Cable Co-op in Oberlin, and Spectrum in Elyria. GLW Broadband goes down over 100 times compared to any failure at the other providers for me.
GLW should be ashamed of their business!!!

Cleveland, United States • 8 months agoFor over a week now our Internet has been up and down continuously. Today Sunday March 10th we have had no service all day. And numerous cable channels stating Poor Signal or No Signal on the screen. This was even occuring on the 70 degree daily.
Our Cable TV keeps coming up with the words Poor Signal and or No Signal and eventually the channel you are watching goes black.
We feel we are paying full price bills and getting 50% service for both Internet and cable.
Please call me asap to discuss this matter.
