Joliet, United States • 4 months ago"Connected to device. Can't provide internet." I have unplugged the router as well as the power to the black box, waited 15 minutes and plugged everything back in. Yet the response remains the same, "Connected to device. Can't provide internet." Called both provided phone numbers with no response. Pay too much to be left in the dark like this.
