Melbourne, Australia • 3 months agoThe document manager page has been glitching up badly, with the paragraphs not allowing me to use it for separate lines without causing all of the written work to be set all together on the page, and I can't even download my written work into it as it has an error saying that something went wrong and when I tried again, the written work I tried to browse from my computer strangely disappeared from the search.
I also had to manually copy paste all of it onto another originally saved document page, and edit certain lines all over again, and the login page is still glitching up as well.
Please fix it very soon! We all appreciate it.

Melbourne, Australia • 3 months agoThe Docs on the Fanfiction account has been having major issues, unable to load anything properly from my computer, had to copy paste every word onto the page after it uploaded the wrong one, and even the editor of the docs isn't working right, the text bar plays up, I cannot place a single sentence in the middle as it strangely does the whole page when I didn't want to, and I had to edit all of the words in different styles all over again.
Please fix this problem and the normal log in asap!

Pune, India • 10 months agoSome pages like author's works and category list(Anime/Manga,Books,etc) are showing a blank screen. The server is up and running as you can still view the stories you have links for, but you cannot see the list for other stories of the same fandom/author

Melbourne, Australia • 11 months agoHello, I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience, but for the last few days since Wednesday/Thursday, the website has been having a massive glitch with new posted stories disappearing, newly updated chapters only read once before they disappear as well with the error type 1 message, and everyone having problems with logging in their accounts with a new type of errors, including their emails.

I think it's also due to the CloudFlare service time out and if I'm right, there's a maintenance happening with it.

First was the update status of ongoing stories which is still not fixed, then the recently favourited stories in people's profiles randomly disappear before reappearing, then the email notifications are not working and the email opt-in hasn't automatically changed to no, now the forums are getting the error 1 message and not working at all either.
Please fix it very soon.

It keeps reversing the update schedule on and off, now showing the latest updates from November last year, the recent favourited stories count keep vanishing from other people's profiles, randomly, and I love the website so much.
