It was a number given to me by the link office as a type of emergency relief funds while I waited on my case to be figured out due to my card being stolen and then the data breach. Also when I call it's the same thing only 1 day after deposit the transaction for day after deposit shows a transaction that exceed my balances in August. I also tried to use my card and it wouldn't work
