Ozark, United States • 2 weeks agoI have a gigabit service (down/up). .. the upload is running around 2 megabits instead of the 1000 megabits it should, which makes it impossible to do any cloud services or online gaming. Contacted customer service - response was "everyone is gone on vacation".
