Screen is black ,but audio is fine. I have talked with two customer service reps to no avail I have sent an email I have gotten no response my Discovery plus is paid for and I've never had this type of travel but it is the only app giving me trouble I'm using my mobile phone like I always do I have an installed reinstalled....I've cleared the data , cache . I restarted phone back up. Idk what else to do I'm getting very aggravated I have forced it and started back I went to the discoveryplus.com website and and installed and reinstalled there I've granted all permissions I don't know what else to do customer service not any help thus far

Sorry for the long rambling message and excuse my grammar and punctuation I'm really not paying it that much attention
