LaPorte, United States of America • 7 months agoI've been trying to place an order for 2 days and I'm unable to check out. A system error message pops up and freezes the screen. After a 1 hour phone call with customer service, manually entering each item of my order, her screen went blank and I had to start over. After re-entering each item in her system, I was unable to check out due to a system error on her end. I was told system maintenance was in process that would be complete within an hour. It's been 24 hours and the system still will not allow me to check out.
