Chicago, United States • 4 months agoI cannot dial out or receive calls on my Verizon Business line. I am getting the message "Welcome to Verizon wireless your call cannot be complete as dialed. Announcement 4" when attempting to make a call to ANY number. I am properly dialing the numbers and my bill is paid. I am in Chicago, and first noticed this about 6am
