Tips if Ssa.gov is not working

Ssa said sending text, correct phone number never got text they said it could take 2 min. Then tried login with user name right username and password again never got text 410-693-2268. Cupertino, United States of America • 7 months agoWhile logged in and trying to navigate the site, I keep getting "your request cannot be processed at this time". After your arcane log in process (which keeps changing), it is too much to have such problems.
Also why do you have three different logins?

It says the services are all available and if there was an issue, it'd be listed. However when I actually put user and password in, it says the services I've requested aren't available???

Keep getting an error when trying to log in

Portland, United States of America • 1 year agoUnable to file online appeals at ssa.gov/disability/appeals. Getting routinely kicked out of the website since Monday. I either get the "We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." message or I get a "unable to load json-min" error. I'm not sure what is going on, but this is a persistent problem. I have tried three different browsers, deleted cookies and browsing histories and all the normal trouble shooting.

Pittsburgh, United States of America • 1 year agoMy wife and I went to socialsecurity,gov/account. We got our letters telling us that we successfully created an online account. I logged into our accounts a few times last week to be sure we were actually in. It worked every time. I tried to log in on Friday. Message that they were having problems. Tried to log in Sat and Sun. They would not accept any of my information.
Working with the gov sucks. It's as though they don't care how bad their service is.
