Tips if ssa.gov is not working

Your Device - Try to access the website/service from a different device or network. It's recommended to try restarting your device (computer, phone, or tablet).

Ssa said sending text, correct phone number never got text they said it could take 2 min. Then tried login with user name right username and password again never got text 410-693-2268. We tried three times to match the information you provided with our records but were unable to do so. You may try to access the electronic information again after 24 hours. Please verify your personal information again before trying to use this online service.

Cupertino, United States of America • 1 years agoWhile logged in and trying to navigate the site, I keep getting "your request cannot be processed at this time". After your arcane log in process (which keeps changing), it is too much to have such problems.
Also why do you have three different logins?

Keep getting an error when trying to log in

I either get the "We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." message or I get a "unable to load json-min" error. I'm not sure what is going on, but this is a persistent problem. I have tried three different browsers, deleted cookies and browsing histories and all the normal trouble shooting.

Pittsburgh, United States of America • 1 years agoMy wife and I went to socialsecurity,gov/account. We got our letters telling us that we successfully created an online account. I logged into our accounts a few times last week to be sure we were actually in. It worked every time. I tried to log in on Friday. Message that they were having problems. Tried to log in Sat and Sun. They would not accept any of my information.
Working with the gov sucks. It's as though they don't care how bad their service is.
