Tips if facebook.com is not working

Fb doesn't recognize my password and won't send a code, this is NOT fixed!

I tried getting back in, my password didn't work, the code they sent to change the password didn't work, they couldn't find my account, then they accused me of going too fast and said they would cancel my account. Still not working, still can't log in.

I cannot open videos from my feed to pause/play, go to next video or anything I have turned phone off restarted all.. made sure all is updated and still the same issue.
