I’ve been trying to log into my Toluna account and it says it my username ( email address) and/or password are incorrect. I contacted them on my email address which they have, and they told me to check the pw which I have been using for a couple of months and have not had any trouble with during this period. They also suggested for me to change my password and upon entering in my email address I checked my inbox and the password Reset link did not appear. I then tried to create a new account using my same email address which I thought they already had any told me that it already exists. Also, I have 99,000 points built-up in my account which I am now unable to access. I’m not sure if somethings fishy going on here because I don’t want to allocate me surveys or let me collect my points. But I have not had any problems with my password whatsoever. I have logged in and out both on Safari and in throughout the app itself.. the question is how come I’m not getting a password reset email sent to my inbox; and also that when I try to create an account, it’s telling me that email already exists. And now I am stuck and I have a lot of points there.

I can log in no bother but for the last few days on the app it tells me I don't fit the profile of every single survey I try. The website gives me the "it's not you its us" message. I assume this is a problem at the Toluna end?
