The issue I have is when it goes down, it can be out for 24 hours+, which, for the amount of money you have to pay monthly for internet nowadays, is ridiculous. I understand, things like weather happen, but again, internet being out for more than a day, especially when you have work is ludicrous. I really hope they give people some sort of discount for the inconvinience.

3rd day in a row it’s gone out with no answers why. Trying to work here so interruption is more than inconvenience. Requesting a credit for lost service is always jump through hoops with Spectrum any other company would admit the problem, fix it, and then automatically credit their customers. Spectrum is somehow existing in monopoly hubris and needs to be made accountable to the customers who pay for their service.
