No internet spectrum

San Marcos, United States • 11 months agoInternet outages for the past several weeks at least every other day, mostly between hours of 11AM and 5PM. Sometimes for a few minutes, sometimes off and on for hours, like today. Spectrum customer service has said there are no outages in my area, that it's maintenance, that they're replacing cables in my area until January, and that my modem must be old.
