Simply put your service is horrible and I am paying for an inferior serivce. I am starting to look at other options, you guys just are not worth the trouble any more.

Fort Worth, United States • 4 months agoAbsolutely no service for the last 2 +days. And the techs say there are multiple outages bu have no estimate for a fix because no one knows what’s going on.
I see no alternative other that switching providers.
Would really like to know if there are any others going through this issue. We’ve been told there are, but I see little online about a widespread outage.
