Austin, United States • 1 month agoPlease fix this! 78733 one cable box says “no signal” no matter what we do. Other two cable boxes are fine. Going on 3 days of this now! Also need 3 new remotes for all three boxes. Buttons wearing out!

I will have to have caregiver call you as I’m immobile and unable to move. We also need 3 more remotes as the buttons on all ours are wearing out and unusable. Thanks!

Austin, United States • 1 month agoNo signal on one of 3 cable boxes. Two work fine. Other keeps saying no signal. Have rebooted and reset everything several times in last 30+ hours. . I should not have to “ make a service appointment” as spectrum is having issues all over US right now. Please just fix it! Going on 30 hours now in 78733.
