App has been down for days

Both iPhone app and website are asking for master pin in order to access, but PIN doesn't work to get me into the system. Tried calling Simplisafe for help at 11:34 p.m., but wait time was 34 minutes, and they close at midnight so I hung up. Tried text support , but no response and they also close at midnight, so won't be getting help tonight.
