Yesterday when I tried to opened a fanfiction for reading, the website just showed me a black screen. I mean, the text is here, I can highlight it, but I can't see anything at all. This problem still exists even now

It appears that my computer and mobile server/network administrator has totally blocked this website so that no matter which computer, tablet or phone used the website is blocked as unsecure and Tasteless!

Keep getting a privacy error. In other words my server connection won't recognise the AO3 website and allow me to view it.
