I feel like I've been scammed now and the customer service is of no help to me seeing the only proof I have now is my payment on my bank statement

Langley, Canada • 8 months agoFrequently, and on a daily basis, the Shein website goes through long periods of not loading images. this happens in the middle of browsing on Shein, and after closing tabs, loggining out and then back in. Since other websites, such as Amazon, aren't a problem. As a result, I end up not purchasing items from Shein and going to Amazon instead, when I would rather be shopping at Shein.
