Denton, United States • 4 months agoLive readings suddenly stopped and my app was completely blank. Tried to look at her sleep, and it stopped showing readings around 9pm. The app showed that the sock had suddenly been removed from my daughter’s profile. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, hard reset and factory reset the base - nothing worked. Deleted her profile to try to restart the whole process, and now I can’t even add the sock back to her new profile because it’s just an endless loading screen
