Leeds, United Kingdom • 3 months agoIt's a lie that there are no virgin money problems reported. I have reported 4 times myself over the last 3 days, twice in the last 24 hours. Why are they not letting people know there is a problem with the Internet banking login with the security token. I have not been able to access my accounts for 3 days now and I am not the only one. Please acknowledge the problem and give an indication as to how much longer this will take to fix. Alternative options to access our accounts should be made before people start to run into financial problems.
