San Diego, United States of America • 7 months agoUlta has been having issues with an update they did in late August. I have been trying to get my account fixed for the past 12 days. Customer support is the worst if you are lucky enough to get through and not get dropped, they will tell you they need to have a specialist fix the acct. I continue to be told to wait for 24 to 48 hours. However, my account was never fixed. this has happed 3 times so far.
