I don't know if it's connected, but when I called motorola for help, they said their system was currently down. The guy who installed the modem said they had nothing to do with one another, but xfinity said it was the problem.

Locked out of Motosync app for several days now.

Baltimore, United States of America • 6 months agoApp kicked me out and can’t log back in. The router/modem support and app is run by Minim-look it up, they just recently slashed their workforce and considering bankruptcy. In the meantime I am left with no app to use, no communication about the issue, and no customer service now since they got rid of them all. At least I still have my wifi and internet but if that goes down I am in trouble with no customer support. I hope Motorola fixes this mess asap.
